This policy explains how Biostrips Corporation ("Biostrips", "we", "us"), the company behind the SENO brand, collects, uses and shares personal information through senostrips.com.
Who this site is for
SENO is a nicotine product for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist: email address, state, favorite flavor, and your confirmation that you are 21+.
- Wholesale inquiries and distributor orders: business name, contact name, email, phone, business type, EIN, license and resale certificate details, shipping address, PO number, order details and messages.
- Contact: anything you send us by email or phone.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting and security providers.
- On your device: we store your age confirmation and whether you've seen our signup popup in your browser's local and session storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To tell you about SENO's launch, pricing and the flavors you picked, if you opted in.
- To review wholesale inquiries, verify business licenses, and process, invoice and ship orders.
- To comply with laws, including age-restriction, tobacco licensing, tax and record-keeping laws.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the site, send email, process forms, ship orders and keep records, under contracts that limit their use of it;
- government authorities when required by law, including for license verification or tax reporting;
- a successor business in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email, or email [email protected].
- Access, correct or delete: email [email protected]. Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have additional rights, including to know, correct, delete and opt out of certain processing. We will respond as the law requires and won't discriminate against you for using these rights. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or 24 months after launch, whichever is sooner. We keep wholesale and order records for as long as the law requires (generally at least 7 years for tax and tobacco records).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the "Last updated" date.
