Refund Policy

This policy applies to SENO products sold by Biostrips Corporation. Wholesale orders are covered by our Wholesale Terms.

Before launch

SENO is not on general sale yet, so there are no retail orders to refund. Joining the waitlist is free.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Returns

For health, safety and regulatory reasons, nicotine products are final sale and can't be returned once delivered, whether opened or unopened, except as described above.

Cancelled or undeliverable orders

• Cancelled by us (for example, failed age verification, or a legal restriction on shipping to your address): full refund.
• Undeliverable (for example, no adult 21+ available to sign, or a wrong address you gave us): refund minus shipping costs.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
